You should be able to correct this in PSP, in my old version 4.? it's:
Image --> Deformations --> Perspective

You can correct this in PSP, in my old version it's:
Image --> Rotate
Let me know if you can specify an angle < 1 degree, my version doesn't allow
it and something .5 degree off definitely looks bad.
