Mike,
The 310 will work in TTL mode only with an OM-2, not an OM-2n. It does have
3 Auto settings that allow it to be used with an OM-1 or any other manual
flash camera.
The 310 is ~ the same power and coverage as the T32.
You might also be able to find a remote sensor for it, same 3 settings.
Uses 4 AA alkalines, don't use NiCads, it can't handle the current.

Subject: [OM] New family members
Good Day to all Zuikoholics;
The disease has struck again. I just became owner of the following
additional family members: 300 f/4.5 Zuiko, Quick Auto 310 Flash, and OM to
Pen lens adapter (NIB).
I know what to do with the 300f4.5, and I shall look for a Pen F or FV,
but what do I do with the flash. I assume it was designed for the OM2 or
OM1n since it says "shoe 2 only". Will it work with an OM1n w/shoe 4 or
with an OM4t?
I can not locate any information in Shipman or my copy of Olympus Sales
Information File.
Gee this is fun. Also picked up a Kiron 28-70 f3.5-4.5. How much of this
stuff can I keep?
Mike
