Congratulations on your new 4ti. Here is a URL with pages on the entire OM
Flash Group:
http://www.mcs.net/~smp/photo/flash.htm
My advice: keep at least *one* of the T-32's.
The F-280:
1. about the same size as a T-32 but is vertical and mounts the flash tube
higher (lower red-eye risk; however I've not had the problem with a T-20 or
T-32).
2. is quieter than a T-32 when charging and seems to charge faster.
3. has a "Super FP" mode that allows use of shutter speeds faster than
1/60th with OM bodies that support it (the 4T[ti] and 3ti). Be aware the
guide number drops quickly with increases in shutter speed.
BUT (and why I recommend keeping a T-32):
4. does not have a "Normal Auto" mode (with sensor in the flash)
5. has a slightly lower guide number than the T-32 (much higher than a T-20)
6. does not have a tilting flash tube like the T-32
They can be found used for about the same or slightly more than a used T-32.
You will undoubtedly need some additional lenses too. Strike now while the
fever still burns hot and sieze the opportunity to become a truly incurable
Zuikoholic!

P.S.
I have an OM-4 which is very very close to the 4T . . . you will love it.
