The most amazing thing happened to me last month. I had to renew
the (Massachusetts) registration for my van... since I had been
bad and put it off until the last minute, mail was out of the question...
so I scheduled a morning of standing in line and dealing with rudeness
and braced myself for the worst.
I walked in with my forms and walked out with the registration and sticker
in under 5 minutes.
I'm still trying to figure out what happened -- I think the supervisor
must have gone on break and I just slipped through. :-)
