It is not a matter of staff turning up the xray intensity, they can't - a new
automated inspection machine will automatically turn it up until it penetrates
lead bags and obtains an image that its computer can evaluate - sort of a
film-destroying xray autoflash! The new machine is rapidly being installed in
US airports and probably international ports as well. There is one in view at
American's Terminal A at DFW. CZ-2000 or something like that.
