I know you're probably listening to this discussion on spot and memo and
are wondering "what am I missing by not doing this?" Only you know if the
results you're getting are consistently good and are what you are trying to
obtain. If you're happy, then- "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I,
personally, have never used the memo function, but LOVE the multi-spot
feature. Others will give their own features they use the most. They are not
"right", you and I are not "wrong". Many times, the subject type dictates
what path you must take to get the shot. But if CW and exposure comp is the
way you are comfortable, and you're getting good results, then don't let
anyone convince you that you "have" to do otherwise just because another way
to get a great photo exists. The OM-4Ti is a wonderful machine with lots of
very good features that can please most photographers, and each may pick and
choose what features they need and are comfortable with. That doesn't
necessarily mean you have to use them all, but, OTOH, by all means-
experiment when you feel like it! You may find something very interesting
waiting there!

George S.
