TTL yes, flash no. This is the sensor that's used for the normal light meter and
the spot meter. Light passes through the semi-transparent main mirror, is
reflected by a secundary mirror behind it and is measured by the cells in the
bottom of the mirror housing. Anyway, the OM-3 does _not_ have TTL flash, the
OM-3Ti does.
