I'd suggest simplifying even more, unless you really like lugging
stuff. I'd take, from what you have available,
- 2 bodies (1 for backup or different film or wife or daughter)
- 21mm
- your "normal" 40mm or the 35mm shift
- 85mm
- 200mm
- 1.5x teleconverter
- tripod
- level
Also, are your wife & daughter used to waiting for you? May impact on
tripod/lens usage...
