This was with the standard pressure plate or flat pressure plate?

It was whatever came with the OM-2n. I lost the camera in a divorce, so I can't check. Perhaps John H. or others can say if the OM-2n was ever sold with un-dimpled backs?

Also, one lister suggested setting ASA to 50, metering without the 25
filter, then mounting the filter and shooting. Alternately, metering
with filter and ASA set to 400 (allowing for 3 stops lost to 25A
filter). Any thoughts?

I used the Wratten gel filter specified for KIE, and cut it into little circles that held inside the filter threads by the springiness of the filter material. I used TTL auto. I didn't correct for focus, but took some care to stop down enough so depth-of-field covered the spread between IR focus and normal focus.

Perhaps I'll get a chance so post some of these shots, but they were in 1981, and I've only gotten up to 1979 in my scanning... :-)
