Is this camera perhaps being sold by a dealer in Cambridge,
Massachusetts? I was looking at an OM-2n the other day in a Cambridge
shop with apparently the same problem. Manual exposure was claimed to
be correct and autoexposure off by 2 stops ( don't recall which way).
The attached 50mm 1.4 also had a very slight trace of fungus. (to his
credit, pointed out by the dealer) The camera was offered "for parts
only" at US$ 149.95.
So, is this the same camera or do we have a common OM-2 malady?
ps: There's also an OM-2s there with a non-working self-timer. Not
cheap though. 219.95.
