Two more books come to mind. Neither will give you exactly waht you want,
but...
Fred Picker's 'The Fine Print'. Mostly 4x5, all b&w, tends to concemtrate on
the darkroom stuff...
Vanni Calanca's 'En la Sua Leica' shows how beautiful natural light really can
be. All with Leica, but only camera and lens documented.
