... Anyone else noting more frequent ruined slides
from Kodak?
I recently got Kodachrome back from Fairlawn, NJ, with holes punched
in the last two frames. It looked like the sprocket that normally
goes in the holes de-railed. The exposure was fine, so it must have
happened in a non-development phase.
In over 30 years of using Kodak processing, this is the first time
they have damaged my film. They gave me two mailers as a peace
offering.
Luckily, these weren't "National Geographic cover" photos. I'm
content for now, but if they screw up again, I'll be more upset.
