Weather was lousy in Zurich all day, so I did some websurfing on Tamron and
Sigma zooms.
There is a manual focus Tamron SP 70-210/3.5 that is still produced. As I
understand, it keeps the f/3.5 over the whole zoom range. Anybody using it?
Also there seems to be a manual focus Sigma 70-210/2.8 APO (2.8!!!). But I
could not figure whether Sigma still makes an OM mount for it. Nikon and
Canon versions are still available... Any user experiences on that one?
The archive search is only **up to** August 98, unfortunately. You cannot
search from 09/98 to the present :-(
I did not find much user info on the 200mm.
