I think the OMPC is the same as the OM40. I've got two, and use them
regularly. In particular I like to carry a 40 with me all the time, esp when
I don't want to risk my 2sp or 4 being stolen.
I would rate mine as a much better camera than my 10, with the option of
manual exposure without needing an adapter, TTL flash, more sophisticated
metering, and a brighter screen. I think they are better built than the 10
but I would have to defer to John H for the definitive view on that.
And mine did not cost much more than a 10 with a manual adapter
