So how did every[OM]body shoot? It's awesome quite on this topic. Is
everyone busy testing how long it takes to burn the light of the projector,
or experimenting with sunny 16 / lunatic 4?
Here in the Netherlands the day started terrible with grey sky and pouring
rain. I didn't even bother to take any camera along when we visited my
mother. Which of course was a stupid thing to do since the sky cleared up
and there was some kind of a festival in the place where she lives....
Etc..Etc...
Well here is my excuse. ;-)
Great opportunity with a baby blue jay just shoved out of the nest.
It was scared s---tless! My wife was mowing the lawn and had to mow around
it.
There it was a baby bird sitting in a small patch of tall grass.
Then later it moved on to a garden hose next to a statue of the blessed
mother.
Great opportunities right? Wrong!
The longest lens I have for an OM is 135mm. Can't get close and can't hold
it steady.
By the time I got a tripod set up.it let out a shriek and hopped away.
The rest of the day was spent with my inlaws. No photo op there.
Evening was very cloudy and dull. (Like the inlaws) No beach shots there
either.
I didn't feel like getting hit by the lightning anyway.
By this time I was tired and frustrated.
So next time WOW am I gonna get a great shot!
