<<to be honest I live in the desert and have never even seen lens fungus!
what does it
look like?
Thanks
Terry>>
In my experience,
It looks like either a overall fog or spidery blotches. (Internal)
I have also detected an overall bubbly effect on lenses. (internal)
I figure this could be fungus, coating damage, bad glass
or element seperation. There is no prismatic color effect (?),
you know, like Newton rings leave.
in the bubbles so I don't think it is seperation.
And I didn't spill any champagne on it.
I will be living in the desert in about 4 weeks.
Do you ever have a problem with blowing sand
scratching your lenses?
