My OM-1 is older than I - well almost - it was bought by my parents in Paris while they were still young and in love [...].
As for moi, I'm 26, was given the 1 as a birthday gift (my father is so _cheap_!!!) w/75-150/4, 50/1.8 and S*gm* 39-80/3,5 semi-macro when I turned, ooooh, 17. Wasted the allotted 10 films getting to know the camera (had absolutely no idea about anything) but got the hang of it after that.
Bought a Hoya 400/5,6 and [mju] in 1991, a T-20 flash in 1993, OM-4 w/28/3,5 in 1994, Winder 2 in 1996, Pen EE-2 in 1997, a S*lig*r 28-200mm f3,8-5,5 somewhere along the line, and just recently, a 28-48/4 & 100/2,8.
Since 1989 I've been through just about every single type of 135mm film available (and no longer available), I've done more than my fair share of experimenting and there is _no way_ I'll sell off any of OM stuff. Unless someone wants that 39-80 - or maybe I can use it as a loupe? ;-D

I also picked up a Voightländer from my grandfather in 1996 - I _know_ that camera is older than me!!!!

Obl OT: I knew a girl in Uni whose parents were Mr & Mrs Lane - they were fans of the Beatles - guess what name she got stuck with........
