Those of you who are wondering about the best tripod for your OM-1 might be
interested to know that Velbon makes carbon-fiber tripods, which are less
expensive than the Gitzo. There is another Japanese company describing their
carbon fiber tripods, but I don't know whether these are imported into the US.
