You are both right. I used to shoot skeet and reload in my younger days.
But the blue dot I remember most fondly was the Sylvania Blue Dot
flashbulbs that me and a friend of mine shoplifted from the corner
drugstore (he put me up to it-of course) and delighted in throwing them
on the sidewalk which caused them to "explode". Exciting stuff for a
6th grader but not much of an introduction to using flash properly.
