Yes dear Zuiks & Zuikettes, OM-lovers :-) all over the world:
This is a Group for the scientists and students amongst us.
IT-specialists will love to study the expiration dates of the various
Recordata Backs, to see how Olympus carefully redesigned the Y2K bug and
shifted it towards 2010. What will happen on 01-01-2010? Will the back
explode? Will Olympus provide us with a Recordata Back 5? Or will it be the
Tenth Anniversary Of The Discontinuation Date Of The Entire OM System?
The astronomers will want the real stuff: the Olympus OM Astroscope Adapter
and will study whether they can afford one.
Archeologists will explore the Adapter for the PEN-F, the camera they
excavated from the dark vaults beneath local camera stores.
Beginning medical students will want the Endoscope Adapter as a companion
for their latest toy, the Olympus Fiberscope, and will wonder if they can
find guinea pigs on the OM Mailing List; advanced medical students obviously
will go one step further - the MTX Adapter for the Operation Microscope MTX.
Biologists will want the Double Cable Release for their Auto Bellows,
geographic researchers the 3V Battery Holder 1 for their pole expedition,
wondering if the OM-2n really survives minus 50 degrees Celsius.
The rest of us can study the Body Cap.
Next phase: the Case Group.
