I have both the 85/2 and the 100/2.8, but I can't really advice you which to
get.
I think both are great, perhaps the 85/2 is a little better.(?)
I heard from a photo dealer here in Sweden, that the Zuiko 100/2 is probably
the best 100 mm ever made. Maybe it is true, but the cost is thereafter...
What kind of lenses do you have at the moment? If you don't have a telephoto
lens, then I should get the 100/2.8, on the other hand, if you do, I would get
the 85/2.

I think that you should not use any lens of the 85/2 or 100/2.8 for portraits
only - they are too good to be used in such a limited area. They are both good
short telephoto lenses and should be used for this as well.
Sorry I could not really help you. (I am too split in this question... I guess
that is why I got both...)
