For those who were interested in a single zip file of the Olympus archives,
it is now available via ftp://dementia.org/user/md/archives.tar.gz. This
file contains both the 1997 and the 1998 indexed archives but *not* the
digests. I've decided to switch to a gzip'd tar file instead of a zip file
since it's less than half the size (16MB vs 35MB). WinZip can handle it so
those of you (still? :-) using Windows should be able to unpack it.
