I've had this same problem on my OM-1n due to a faulty shutter - as I
understand it, the first screen doesn't make it all the way across,
and only closes when hit by the second screen. The result is a faster
effective shutter speed for one side of your shot than the other,
possibly leaving an unexposed section on one side.
