I've been thinking about this, too. Even PhotoDeluxe 2, a freebie with
the scanner I got my parents, has perspective control. With it, I got
43d St. straightened up fast on an old family Kodachrome. Since most of
the images edited this way end up viewed on a monitor at 72 DPI, I don't
think you give up much at all.
What I really need now is digital "tilt". . . . .
