Status update:

...and from 20 minutes after posting your message almost all the above items
are gone (except the 28mm lens), of which your's truly managed to get the
shift lens. :)
However, you forgot to mention that the store also has the 35-105mm Zuiko
lens for sale for $199. So for anyone interested in that lens (I noticed
some remarks about someone being interested in one just today): go for it.
According to the shop personnel the lenses are all in nice condition;
mechanically and optically just fine and no scratched glass.
