Well, I DIDN'T say the quality of photographs would rival that of the OM-4.
And I suppose I should further qualify my statement by saying that it will
be a long time before the range of lenses for digital cameras comes close to
the OM system.
I do think that control of focus, aperture, shutter, and flash will soon
rival an OM4. Not to mention the control over white balance a digital camera
can give, that you can only approximate with add-on filters on a film
camera.
(Did I back-pedal far enough?)
