[OM] 1.4x question

I have a Zuiko 1.4XA teleconverter.  Recently I noted a sound like something
is loose and rattling around inside it when I shake it.  It sounds like a
loose ball bearing or something.  It seems to work fine, but does anyone
else with this item note the same thing?
