I saw suggested elsewhere a diaper bag. This has 3 advantages:
1. Doesn't look photo or expensive
2. The "ugh" factor, if it happens to be real & full of used diapers when the
malefactor opens it.
3. If no baby is in evidence, it indicates that someone else will be along soon
& looking for the person & bag.
