RE "Advice requested on a better flash for my OM-4 than my only T-20 for
shooting a fast moving child (quicker cycle time, off camera cabability):
Kenneth - Thanks for the additional info on the F280 and the T45. I was
previously thinking to acquire the F280 but it may be sometime before I can
get an OM-4Ti which can use it's pricey features. One other member on this
list did suggest a Sunpak product that had an "Om moduel". I'm assuming
that's a module to maintain TTL flash exposure which I certainly want to do.
I will look into a used T-32 and BG-2 as a combination and will check into
Sunpak as well.
One more question for you and others with more flash photography experience:
Since I'll end up with at least two flashes, I want to experiment with
multiple flash exposure. I'm guessing that with a T-32 on the shoe and my
T-20 off to 45 degrees or so on a 2 meter TTL cord, maybe I can remove some
of the harsh rear shadowing on near backgrounds. Will my OM-4 automatically
adjust exposure for two flashes going offt ? Have you any experience with
multiple flash work with OM equipment ? You own so many flashes that I'm
gathering this might have crossed you mind once as well.
------
YUP! ON TTL IT WORKS FINE - PERHAPS YOU SHOULNT HAVE THE CAMERA FLASH ON THE
SHOE TO MINIMIZE RED EYE BUT SHOULD WORK FINE
