I agree but I prefer to carry a camera under my left arm, under a jacket, on
a strap diagonally on my right shoulder. The 35RC and Retina IIIc are still
a bit bulky but at least they don't pull my jacket out of shape. A Minox
35GL - has to be in its e.r.c. because ludicrously the camera has no strap
lugs - is so light that it can be forgotten about.
If only the XA had proper strap lugs. The silly string-on-the-hinge-pin
means the camera has to be in a pocket to stop it swinging around.
