The FC is on the manual adapter not the body itself. I have one and
if you take the manual adapter off, I don't think there is any way (ex
maybe ser#) to tell an "FC" ver from the earlier. I believe the FC
version was to be a stopgap to the greymarket trade here in the US.

What I was answering was the question of a "difference" between an "FC"
body
and an OM-10 with manual adapter. There were regular OM-10s sold with and
without the manual adapter, of course, and there were some that had the "FC"
painted right on the camera body. (I recall these were maybe non-US bodies.)
These, of course only came with the manual adapter. I have owned all versions,
both chrome and all black.
