Brian (et all),
I took part in that discussion on the Tamron Adaptall2 mounts and
read all postings avidly. The conclusion that I came to is that there
seems to be no clear cut rule as to which markings are OK and which are
not. The only rule that I saw come of the many postings was that we
should each check the particular mounts that we have in our possession
and take appropriate action.
