I know this is off-topic, but I don't think this list is the place for
premature thrashing of someone involved in a still-unresolved dispute,
or even a public narrative thereof.
I have noticed that "problem" e-trades generate alot of this
flaming---usually in other, less civilized newsgroups. Maybe this is a
sign of how impatient the e-mail culture can get. Just as in non-net
business encounters, it might take a little time to respond and work
things out.
