Some 300s had to be put in a vice for disassembly, and even then the
spanner tips would bend or break, suggesting that some of these lenses
may have a tad bit of glue on the threads to prevent the assembly from
unscrewing by itself.
Once unscrewed, you should have access to the 2 glass surfaces nearest
the diaphragm where dust tends to collect.
