The MSPaint program that comes with Windows can stitch together bitmaps
(BMP files). It costs nothing.
"In the original 85F2.0 six element lens the second group from the front
is a cemented 2-element pair -- meaning 3 correction surfaces. In the
second 5 element version, Olympus changed this to a single element --
meaning 2 correction surfaces. So it is not as radical a change as you
might think -- only a single correction surface was lost."
Actually, _no_ correction surfaces are lost. Cemented pairs must have
the same "inner" radii -- there are still only two surfaces.
What _is_ lost are the dispersion and refractive-index characteristics
of one element.
