Hi all,
While giving a place to my recently ebay aquired F-280 (yes, it was well
hidden inside an 0M-77 AF outfit), I found an amazing:
AF ZUIKO
35-70mm 1:3,5-4,5 ZOOM LENS
Ø49mm JAPAN
AUTO FOCUS
its serial is 1129222.
This looks different from my other:
OLYMPUS LENS
AF ZOOM 35-70mm 1:3,5-4,5
Ø49mm JAPAN
OLYMPUS
its serial being 1140928.
The two lenses are otherwise identical but for the rubber that is gray on
the Zuiko and black on the Olympus one. All my other AF or PF lenses are of
the second group.
So we have among OM lenses:
a 35-70 3,6 Zuiko
a 35-70 4 Zuiko
a 35-70 4 Autofocus Zuiko
a 35-70 3,5-4,5 Zuiko
a 35-70 3,5-4,5 AF Zuiko
a 35-70 3,5-4,5 AF zoom
a 35-70 3,5-4,5 PF zoom
a 35-70 3,5-4,8 Zuiko
Marco
and yes, MC looks a bit different on frontal element, no MC (not even
coating at all) on the rear one. No, I have not opened my lenses to look at
the inner elements coatings.
