Thanks for the info and opinions! You make a good point for comparing some
lenses in their single coated vs. multi-coated incarnations. I never heard of
a quality difference between the 35mm f/2.8 SC and MC, though. One small
point, the 28mm f/3.5 Zuiko is single-coated. Always was.
I plan on testing some brand comparisons over time. Probably the top of my
list will be my (O.K., Susie's) Canon FD breech mount 50mm f/3.5 S.S.C.
You know the 100mm f/2 Zuiko has an ED element? The 21mm f/3.5 Zuiko is a
speck next to the big Canon FD 20mm f/2.8, eh? Hard to believe there could be
such a size difference.
