I read the same thing, so I use the 250 back on my) OM-2n and don't think
about it. As for winder 2, it will attach and fire just fine, but is most
awkward to actually hold, unless you have really long fingers <g>. That was
the driving reason to acquire and MD-2 with the pistol-grip power supply
(M.18v) rather than the ni-cad pack. Tough on the battery budget but much
easier to handle.
