Even with the relativ cheap zuiko lenses, I think it should be no problem
to use a high-end loupe. They are in comparison to good lenses not too
expensive. A commendation is the new Jobo 4x loupe (bought by Jobo from a
Japanese manufacturer I don't know), which costs 99 DM (60 US dollars). A
little bit more expensive is the very good EMO 5x loupe (Macromax 5x from
EMO in Wetzlar), it costs 280 DM (170 US dollar). Further it should be not
a great problem to build a very good light table out of opaque glass and
neon lights. I think the slides taken with zuikos are worth to be viewed
with equivalent good equipment.
