Hi Chris,
I have no experience with the Mac, but at a guess, the SCSI version
of the ES-10 would be the best choice, as Apple have been using that
interface for a long time (I know, it's twice as expensive).
To use the parallel port scanner, the easiest way is probably a PC
emulator running on top of the Mac OS. I am guessing wildly here.
