The Cokins are a nice, inexpensive option for grads, though I would
recommend skipping As and going with the P series directly. There isnt much
difference in cost really, and its really made up for in usefulness with
wide or fast lenses. I just sold off the As that I had in favor of the P
sized grads.
What ever you get, I'd recommend going with square filters. The grads
available as conventional screw-on filters obviously dont give you the
flexibility to determine where your horizon is.
