Yes, there are solutions available.
The German company Novoflex (well known for macro gear etc.)makes
such an adapter (OM lens to Leica M camera). It is pretty expensive,
something like 300 DM. It should be available in the US, Novoflex at
least is known there.
An other solution is an Italian company or person (Benatti Milano?),
who makes such adapters. This last information is from a posting to
this mailing list from Marco Paggi (12 Mar 98, subject: the end
game, adapting OM lenses to other camera bodies)).
