The 1.4X converter is VERY good, partly because of it's design, the
lenselements protrude which make mating with many lenses impossible,
including your 65-200/4 zoom. As said before, it is only compatible with the
Zuiko lenses Olympus has declared it to be, the 180/2, 180/2,8, 250/2,
300/4,5, 350/2.8, 400/6.3, and possibly some aftermarket lenses (Tokina
300/2.8, am i right John P?). The quality of this converter can not be
overstated, for anyone with one or more of the matching lenses it's a
"must".
$270Cdn does sound very right.
