It doesn't? That's strange. I've signed for a number of packages shipped
from all over the world.
Of course, using a shipper such as DHL is probably the best choice.
Sometimes paying extra for a courier service like DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS, Flying
Tigers, etc., is a much faster way of shipping a package than federal mail
services. More expensive, yes, but faster and usually more reliable. If
you want the FASTEST way to ship a package, use the airlines. Very
expensive, but it'll be there on the next flight. Again, I've used this
method several times with great success.
