Probably; I have a Panagor MC Auto Macro Converter that fits this
description very well. It has an adjustable lens element that provides
a higher magnification than a normal macro extension tube of that
lenght, and variable too. Unlike a teleconverter focusing at infinity
is impossible. Before I had the bellows, I used it for a while in
combination with the 50/3.5 Macro Zuiko and this produced very good
results.
