For a static subject like that, use the standard ISO and bracket from
there in 1/2 or 1/3rd stops (I'd go at least 2 on either side). This will
ensure that even if the processor's temps are a little off, you will have
it "in the bag", plus it will give you variants for the editors to choose
from as well. CYA.
