Thanks to all who've offered advice this past week or so. I'm broke, having
bought both my Christmas and birthday gifts now, so I won't bug you
anymore... ;-)
I picked up my 21/3.5 today, along with a Hoya Y2 filter, which seemed to
work without vignetting. I could have had a B&W UV, but it was at least twice
as thick, or a real Olympus UV (thinner than the Hoya), but needed a Y2
more than a UV.
Then I walked over to pick up my OM-1 at another store a few blocks away.
Before I could ask for it, I came across a horde of more Oly flash than I have
ever seen in one place!
3 T-32s
2 T20 auto connectors (NIB)
1 TTL Auto T3 (shoe 3 adapter?) (LNIB)
1 TTL Auto T4 (shoe 4 adapter)
1 TTL Auto cord .6m
Suddenly I was thinking of all the possibilities of a T32 with off camera T20,
etc...
After much agony, I settled for the OM-1 and a T20 auto connector only,
figuring I would be in enough trouble already!
ps: I noticed the shop also had several OM-2000 kits w/ S20 flash on
display, alongside the Yashica FX-3, which I think a cousin. The Yashica
was more than $100 less, so I wonder how the OM-2000 is selling against it?
