I got fine results with a small rectangle of kinda tracing paper put on the
center of the front of the flash. Well a bit un-centered towards the camera
(parallax adjustment). That works beatifully with my 45 Metz flashes, even
one-flash photos did come fine (not the "point and shoot look" you know
very well). That rectangle is about from 1/4 to 1/2 of the surface of the
front of the flash. It corrects "vignetting" too. It is a standard for me
when I have enuff flash-power.
