Hi John,
Thanks for your diagnosis. Do you think this could have been caused by
anything I might have done or by one of the other pieces of equipment?
Either way, it needs to be repaired so I'll package it up and send it to
you.
I'll also send my OM-1 to be CLAed and to receive the MR9 modification. A
couple of things with my OM-1 that may require special attention. First, On
'B' the shutter will only stay open for approximately a second instead of
for as long as the button is depressed. Secondly, my power winder 2 will not
work at all on the OM-1, but it works perfectly on the OM-4Ti.
As for my OM-4Ti, the problem we discussed previously seems to have become
more intermittent so I have chosen to ignore it for awhile longer.
