I am (well, for 99%) certain that the global IS-3000 has a slightly
more advanced flash system than the north-american IS-3, due to a
patent problem in the US. The IS-3 had one flash feature deliberately
made inactive - but which...?
For more details I will have to look in the Laterna Magica book on
this camera. That is where I first read it, but comparing the manuals
confirmed it. I hope that I won't forget...
